Refund Policy

The one-minute version

This is a proposed scheme. The page is marked pending operator confirmation. It is not a live rule yet.
Before download: the proposal is a full refund of the platform fee you paid.
After download: a refund only if it will not run as documented, and we cannot fix it in the agreed window.
There is no online checkout. During manual onboarding, refunds go through email.

How you pay today

You cannot pay on the website yet. Onboarding is manual: you write to us, an admin opens download quota. Refunds use the same inbox. There is no “one-click reverse the charge” button.

Proposed rules (pending operator confirmation)

You have not downloaded the pack: full refund of the platform service fee you already paid.
You have downloaded: no refund by default. Exception: following the notes we gave you at the time, the project will not run in the agreed environment; you send steps to reproduce; we cannot fix it within 【待确认：退款期限】. Then the platform fee can be refunded.
Not refundable: your own server, domain, database and model API bills. A pack you broke yourself. An environment the notes never described. Use that breaks the terms.

How many days “the agreed window” is has not been decided. It stays as a pending mark. We will not pick a number just to look finished.

How to ask

The email you registered with.
Which project, and whether you already downloaded.
How much you paid, when, and the payment proof.
If it will not run after download: which notes you followed, the exact error, and your computer system and runtime.

During manual onboarding, speed depends on someone reading the inbox. There is no automatic deadline.

Where the money goes back

Back along the path you used to pay. We only take a platform service fee. Money you paid a cloud vendor, registrar or model vendor is their refund, not ours.

If the law where you live forces a longer cooling-off or a refund we cannot refuse, that law wins. Consumer rules do not vanish because this page is a draft.
