The one-minute version

Each project is a one-time payment of US$29.9. No monthly charges.
Not downloaded yet: full refund.
Already downloaded: full refund if the project will not run as documented and we cannot fix it within 3 days.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with the email address you paid with.

How payment works

Each project is a one-time payment of US$29.9. You pay once and can download that project's complete code package. You will not be charged again.

Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Your receipt and bank statement may show Creem rather than EazyOPC as the merchant. That is expected and does not mean you were charged by mistake.

When you can get a refund

You have not downloaded the package: full refund.
You downloaded it but it will not run as documented: you followed the instructions that came with the package and the project does not run in the environment those instructions describe. After you send us steps to reproduce the problem, if we cannot fix it within 3 days, you get a full refund. If we fix it, no refund.

When we do not refund

You downloaded the package and it runs as documented. The package is copyable digital content and cannot be “returned” once downloaded.
Problems that appear after you changed the code or used an environment the instructions do not cover.
Money you paid to other providers — servers, domains, databases, AI model APIs. Please contact those providers.
Use for purposes the Terms of Service prohibit.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] and include:

The email address you paid with.
Your order link (the page you were sent to after paying), or the receipt Creem emailed you.
Whether you have downloaded the package.
If it will not run: which instructions you followed, the exact error message, and your operating system and runtime environment.

Refund requests are handled by a person.

Where the money goes

Refunds are returned through Creem to the payment method you used. How long it takes to arrive depends on your bank or payment provider.

If the law where you live gives you stronger refund rights (for example a longer cooling-off period), the law applies. This page does not reduce any rights you have by law.
