Terms of Service

Who this is between

One side is 【待填写：运营主体名称】 (“we”), running the EazyOPC site. The other side is you. Email: 【待填写：联系邮箱】.

This is a draft. It is not a signed contract yet.

What the service is

You describe an idea in your own words and answer a few pointed questions. We adjust a tested template and give you a full project ZIP: the program, notes, a self-check, and a guided launch write-up.

We do not host that project as a live product for your customers. It runs on servers, databases and a domain you buy. If our platform goes away, your downloaded copy does not.

Payment today is manual: you write to us, an admin opens download quota. You cannot pay by card on the site yet.

The pack is yours

The project ZIP you download — to run, change and share in your own environment — is yours. We do not claim ownership of the business program in that pack.

The templates and the EazyOPC site itself stay ours. You may not take the admin backend, templates we did not deliver to you, or another customer’s project.

What you own the risk for

• Your server, OS, firewall and backups.
• Domain, DNS, HTTPS certificates.
• If you offer a site to the public in mainland China, ICP filing and any other permit is yours, not ours.
• Secrets, database passwords, model API keys: keep them on your own server. Do not post them where anyone can see them.
• Content on the live site, visitor data, and the privacy notice you give your own users. That data lives in your database. It does not pass through us.

AI can be wrong

A model can invent a field, drop a rule you stated, or use a stale pattern. The template was tested; once it is fitted to your work, it can still miss the real process.

Before download, read the scope: what it will do, what it will not. After download, run the tests in your environment. Read it again before you go live. If the notes say it runs and, following those notes, it does not, use the refund policy.

The pack is not legal advice, not a security audit, and not an app-store approval.

What you must not do

• Anything unlawful, or that tramples other people’s rights.
• Build or spread malware, or attack systems you are not allowed to touch.
• Impersonate someone, mint fake accounts in bulk, or knock the platform over.
• Take another person’s project, email or ZIP.

We may pause or close an account that breaks this, and we may report it where the law requires.

Account and deletion

You are responsible for what happens under your login. Do not share the password. Settings can sign out other devices.

Delete the account in Settings. It asks for the password again. It is immediate and not reversible. What is deleted and what stays is described in the privacy policy.

Liability cap

To the extent the applicable law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost data. Unless we acted with intent or gross negligence, our cap is 【待确认：责任上限金额】.

If your live app breaks, is attacked, or is complained about, look first at your server, your content and your config. Help we can give is whatever was agreed for that job — not an open-ended warranty.

Liability the law will not let us exclude, we do not exclude.

Changes and shutdown

We may change features, retire a template, or stop the service. Because you hold the pack, our shutdown does not force your app down. Packs you have not downloaded yet follow the refund policy then in force.

Disputes

Write first to 【待填写：联系邮箱】.

If that fails: the court we intend to name is 【待填写：约定管辖法院】. Mandatory local courts or consumer rules where you live come first when the law says they must.

Privacy is in the privacy policy. Refunds are in the refund policy.
